Delivery

Shipments are made through the Correos Express agency, from the time the order is prepared until it arrives at its destination is 24 hours.
The shipments are made from Monday to Thursday except on holidays, so we do it to avoid that the plants spend more than 24 hours in the shipping box.

All plants are shipped with their respective pots and soil, except for plants 13 cm and larger, which will be shipped bare root for plant safety reasons (to avoid damage) and excess weight.

Shipping costs are 6.50€ if payment is by transfer, Bizum or by credit card, if payment is by cash on delivery shipping costs are 9.50€. In all payment methods there are no limits of plants in mainland Spain and Portugal.

For the rest of the countries, the orders are made by whatsapp or messenger, the reason is because of the quantity of plants and weight. The shipments are made by post office Spain, the package will be sent certified and with its tracking number. In the event that the package is lost or seized by customs, suculandia will not be responsible.

To know the status of the order, the customer can access the website of the chosen shipping system and consult through the tracking number.
Also the agency Correos Express will notify the day before with an SMS of the status of the order, in that SMS you will be given the opportunity to change any information that is wrong, request another address for delivery...

We will take responsibility and refund or replace the item if the plant arrives in poor condition due to causes attributable to us, such as: insect or fungus attack, or you have received the wrong item.

Returns

All "complaints" will be dealt with pleasantly, on the assumption that all our customers act in good faith.

Due to the perishable nature of the articles, you have 24 hours to request a return after receiving the order by contacting us at the following e-mail address info@suculandia.com

The return costs will be borne by the customer, except when the return is attributable to our error or defective items. In this case, Suculandia will be responsible for the costs.

Once the return has been approved, you will receive the amount in the same way you made your purchase.
